Originally, “Before I Do” is a one day pre-nuptial workshop conducted twice a year that
aims to educate future couples about the roles of husband and wife in the
union, and what makes marriages work, based on sound biblical principles. It
was first conceived by John Ong and Monique Lopez, and is facilitated by
husband and wife tandem Edric and Joy Mendoza. The end goal of this workshop is
for couples to realize that Christ should be at the center of their marriage. On this blog, they share their insights, musings, and inspirations to soon-to-weds. Topics include Sex and Marriage,
Communication, the Five Love Languages, the Roles of Husband and Wife, and
Finance.
