MANILA - Wedding Expo Philippines (WEP), the country’s biggest, most comprehensive, and longest running wedding fair, will mark another milestone as it grows even bigger and transfers to the SMX Convention Center to accommodate more exhibitors and soon-to-weds. Acknowledged in the local wedding industry as the launch venue of choice for new wedding companies, products, services, and ideas, WEP promises to give soon-to-weds visiting the 2-day grand event on Sept. 25 – 26, a thousand and one fine wedding ideas and multitudes of fun especially because it is celebrating its 17th edition. Free admission will be given to those who will pre-register online through the Wedding Ideas Portal Philippines(www.themesnmotifs.com).
With its move to the Ground Floor of the SMX Convention Center, WEP will have more than 6,000 sqm of exhibit space, almost three times the size of ordinary wedding fairs. The move is also expected to bring the exhibitors and partners of WEP to a new level of excellence that is an inevitable offshoot of a move from local to global both in the literal and figurative sense. Thus, soon-to-weds will be treated to a most spectacular visual feast of wedding fineries by true wedding professionals.. . .

A Different Kind of Bridal Train

When the bride & groom-to-be talked about the bridal train for their wedding in The Greenery (Baliuag, Bulacan), they were not referring to the bride's gown or veil at all. Everyone was pleasantly surprised & delighted when the bride arrived riding a locomotive, or in simpler terms, a choo choo train complete with a cow catcher and a brass clanging bell. The dramatic entrance, needless to say, is on the right track.
