The Admiral Hotel Manila, a showcase of Old Manila’s elegance and Art Deco grandeur, recently played host to an exhibitors meeting in preparation for the much-anticipated Wedding Expo Philippines, scheduled for September 27-28, 2025, at the Ground Floor of SMX Mall of Asia. The event brought together top wedding suppliers and industry professionals at the hotel’s elegant event spaces to align on the activities, guidelines, logistics, etc. ahead of the expo.

Held at the Grand Harbour Ballroom of the historic hotel across the Manila Bay, the meeting highlighted venue guidelines and exhibit protocols that the exhibitors have to know in order to have problem free ingress & egress proceedings as well as deliver orderly service to soon-to-weds during the 2-day grand wedding exhibit.
After the business agenda has been discussed by Ms. Sharon P. Fabian, Themes & Motifs Managing Director and Chief Inspirer of Inspirations.ph, a sumptuous Philippine-style merienda was served The Admiral Hotel Manila fashion.
