IMPORTANT EXHIBIT FORMS

A.  Exhibit Guidelines Conforme, ID Request, Electrical Requirement

The deadline for submitting the CONFORME, ID & ELECTRICAL REQUESTS & SECONDARY EXHIBITOR DETAILS (for shared space/s) is on March 12, 2024. Please ensure that all required documents and requests are submitted by this date.

B.  For 4 wheelers that will queue at Block 20 during ingress and egress. 

1. Download the ENDORSEMENT LETTER TO BLOCK 20 and SERVICE REQUEST FORM
2. Complete the form and submit it to the Mall of Asia Administration office, located on the 2nd floor of the Mall of Asia Admin Office. Submission hours are from Mondays to Saturdays, 3 to 5 PM only.
3. Pay the parking fee: Php 300.00 per slot, per day.

C.  For Vehicles with 6-wheelers and more during ingress and egress

1. Download the CBP ENDORSEMENT and CBP APPLICATION FORM
2. Complete the forms and submit them to the Central Business Park (CBP) office, located at One E-Com ground level. The office operates from Mondays to Saturdays, 10 AM to 4 PM only
3. Central Business Park charges Php 200.00 + VAT per vehicle, per entry, per day.

D. SMX Basement Parking Passes

1. Car passes are available for pre-order up to 1 week before the event
2. Three entries, Non-reserved: Php 225.00 per car per day
3. Three entries, reserved parking space: Php 325.00 per car per day

Note: Regular Parking Rate is Php 60.00 for 3 hours + Php10.00 for every succeeding hour or fraction thereof.

3. Email form below together with deposit slip to nmaranon@themesnmotifs.com on or before Tuesday, March 12, 5:00 PM . Requests received after March 12 will not be processed.

• Prepare 3 copies
• Bring with you during Ingress on Friday, March 22
