Mechanics

1. The promo is on June 22 & 23, 2024.  The grand draw will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at The Space at One Ayala, Ayala Center, Makati City.
2. It is open to all visitors of The Philippine Wedding Summit 2024 visitors, 18 years old and above.
3. Every P2,000.00 single booking / purchase of any participating exhibitor’s product/service entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon.
4. All booking / purchase receipts may be exchanged for the corresponding number of coupons at the BOOK AND WIN promo booth located inside the Space at One Ayala during The Philippine Wedding Summit 2024 .
5. Receipts to be presented: Official Receipts and Provisional Receipts
6. To join the raffle promo, the customer must fill-out the raffle coupon with his/her complete, name, address, contact number, email address and affix his/her signature before dropping the entries in the Drop Box / Tambiolo located at the SMX Convention Center Manila Hall 3.  Deadline for dropping entries is on Sunday, June 23, 7:00 p.m.
7. The draw will be held at The Space of One Ayala, Ayala Center, Makati City on Sunday, June 23, 2024, 7:30 pm, under the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
8. Prizes to be won:
   1. Two-Night Stay for 2 with breakfast at El Jardin De Zaira
   2. One (1) pair of 14k white gold wedding rings by Goldenhills Jewelry
   3. Two (2) Units Zion Philippines Queen Massage Chairs
9. A Gift Certificate will be issued to the winner of the 2-night stay with breakfast at El Jardin De Zaira. Validity period: July 1, 2024  to January 1, 2025.  The validity period may be extended for another six (6) months if the winner will not be able to use the hotel voucher by January 1, 2025.
10. Prize certificates will be issued to the winner of the elegant wedding rings and the Massage Chairs.
11. A participant can only win once within the duration of the promo period, if a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
12. Winner will be notified through telephone, email and registered mail and may claim their respective prizes within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification and upon presentation of the winning stubs and valid identification such as company ID, passport, driver’s license, GSIS or SSS ID and registered mail.
13. Prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be subject to 20% withholding tax. Winners shall assume the responsibility of settling of all fees and taxes imposed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
14. Prizes are non-convertible to cash.
15. Hotel Vouchers and Prize Certificates may be claimed from Themes & Motifs The Special Events Co., Inc. head office, 3^rd Floor RCDC Building Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City. Transportation and other expenses for claiming the prize will be shouldered by the winner.
16. The prizes, if not claimed within sixty (60) days after receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Themes & Motifs with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
17. Employees of Themes & Motifs, participating sponsors, exhibitors including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
