Themes & Motifs was invited to the The Marquis special press presentation of En Vogue Weddings featuring its special collaboration with icons in the wedding industry Francis Libiran, Naked Patisserie, and Dave Sandoval. Read more about this collaboration here.
The food prepared by The Marquis' in house chef, Carlo Castillo, was meticulously prepared and served. We were told that The Marquis takes special delight in their culinary expertise - the food was not only superb but they were visual delights that looked almost too good to be eaten. The soup -- two toned pumpkin with green pepper cloud -- was "one of the best I've tasted" said a food critic seated next to us.
It was a super filling 6 meal course which started with Amuse Bouche (salmon and fruit cutlets appetizer) and capped by a Chocolate orb dessert paired a very chewy french macaron. It was sheer pleasure.
